Our fourth graders recently attended a STEAM-based performance that demonstrated how the arts can communicate complex ideas and deepen understanding. Students saw music, movement, visual media, and theatre used to illustrate key Grade 4 physical science concepts, including how energy can be observed through sound, motion, air pressure, and visual effects. The experience also supported Ohio’s Fine Arts Standards by strengthening students’ artistic perception and appreciation.
